This blanket is made from merino lambswool, not extra-fine merino wool. It therefore has a slightly coarser texture than Hvid’s other blankets.

Washing instructions:
There’s no need to wash merino wool frequently. This fibre is self-cleaning. So you can simply leave the blanket outside to air.
If you do wish to wash it, please hand-wash it in lukewarm water at a maximum of 20°. Always use a wool-specific detergent.
Machine washing is at your own risk, as the programme settings vary from one washing machine to another and we cannot therefore guarantee a satisfactory result. If you do attempt machine washing, we recommend using a special wool programme at 20° on a low spin speed.
